- How to create account on Topbrass website?
- You can easily create account on our website and get register yourself for online transactions.

- Click on the link Sign up.
- Fill all the mandatory details like user name, email-id, password & mobile no. click on submit button.
- After filling all the details you will get a message on the screen “ Dear user you have been register with us kindly use below given id & password for login next time.”
- Go to home page and click on sign in and enter your user name and password and you are ready to made transactions.
- How to change the password?
- You can easily change the password by following the simple steps;

- Go to my account and enter the user name & old password.
- Click on the link change the password.
- Enter old password, then enter new password, again fill the new password in third column.
- Click the save button, your password has been reset.
- I forget the password, how to reset?
- You forget the password, don’t worry we have very simple steps to resolve this problem.

- Click on sign in on home page.
- Click on the link “ forget the password. ”
- Enter your user name/email id and then enter you registered email id/mobile no.
- After few minutes an OTP will be send on your registered mobile no.
- OR

- A verification code will be sending on your registered email id. (Final process will be selected by management/web site developer)
- Enter the OTP/EMAIL VERIFICATION code and then enter the new desired password.
- Confirm the new password again and click on submit button. You will get a message on screen “ your password has been successfully reset ”.
- How to change the billing/shipping address?
- Follow the below given simple steps and you can change the billing/shipping address.

- Click on sign in on home page.
- Enter the user name and password to log in.
- Click on the link “ Edit my account details ”
- Go to the shipping/billing address and delete the old one and enter the new.
- Go to save option at the last of the page.
- Your billing/shipping address is now changed.
ORDERS:-
- How do I order footwear from www.Topbrass.co.in?
- It's easy to place the order with Topbrass, simple follow the below steps.

- Select the item you want to purchase.
- Click on “ view the item ”
- Check the pin code delivery status, If found, select the size, color & quantity
- Add the item to cart.
- Sign in with the user name and account details.
- Fill the shipping/billing address/contact no and then choose the payment mode (COD OR PREPAID).
- Enter the submit button.

- Can I place the order over the phone?
- At the moment, we only accept orders placed through the www.Topbrass.in website.
- Can I place an order without opening an account on the website?
- No, you cannot place the order without opening an account currently. If you are unable to process the orders call us on 18001200141.
- How do I cancel an order?
- Call us on 18001200141 and we'll help you cancel your order. Do remember that you can only cancel orders that are in the Processing stage. If your order has already been dispatched, then wait for it to arrive and refuse to accept the delivery.
SHIPPING, TRACKING & DELIVERY:-
- When I will receive my order?
- It will take 7 working days after placing the order on our website.
- (Delivery time can be changed later after the management final approval)
- Will I be charged for delivery?
- Delivery is free on the orders of Rs. 1000 and above, If your order is less than Rs 1000, You will be charged for the delivery.
- How to track the order?
- Once order has been placed by you, a consignment no will be send on your registered mobile no.
- For tracking the shipment:

- Click on the link “TRACK MY ORDER”
- Enter consignment company name.
- Enter consignment no. provided you on your mobile no.
- The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
- We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to cancel your order by calling us on 18001200141 and then place a new order with the corrected address.
- Can I book a preferred delivery time?
- No, we do not offer this facility at the moment.
- Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?
- Yes, please keep your valid ID ready to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order at office or home.
- Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
- Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.

- We accept a variety of payment methods:-
- Visa, master card and all debit/credit cards.
- Net banking.
- Cash on delivery.
- Is it safe to do online transaction using debit & credit cards?
- Yes, we use best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption (For example) to secure and protect your shopping experience.
- Is there any purchasing amount limit for Cash on Delivery transactions?
- The maximum order value for cash on delivery purchase is 20,000 (Just for example, it can be changed). If you want to shop for more than Rs. 20,000, you can either use your Debit or Credit Card, or pay via Net Banking.
- Why isn't Cash on delivery a payment option for me?
- Our some courier parties are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you order from one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via Net Banking or by Debit or Credit card. For more details call us on- 18001200141.
- What should I do if my payment attempt fails?
- If your payment has failed, please try again after checking your Debit or Credit Card details, Net Banking details or any other payment-related information is accurate or not. Also check that your internet connection is working properly or not. If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account or Credit Card within seven (As per the banking standards) working days.

- Yes, we have the pickup service for return.
- When will I receive my refund?
- Initially we don't have refund policy; it can be done only in 2 cases.

- What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

- Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
- Yes. Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000/- beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard.
- Are these prices equal to MRP? Is these any extra tax?
- All prices are equal to the MRP retailed at the stores. All prices mentioned on this site are final prices, inclusive of taxes in India.

- In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

- Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. - An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.
