- If you are not satisfied with the purchase, the product can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of invoice with original packaging, Tags and unused condition accompanied with original bill receipt/invoice SMS.

- We provide 100% claim in 30 days & 50% claim in 60 days in case of any major manufacturing defects only which is not repairable.
- The product would be considered for repairs services i.e. stitching & Pasting only if it is brought within 120 days from the date of purchase.

- We provide 100% claim in 60 days in case of any major manufacturing defects only.
- Please do refer to the wash care label for garment care instructions; Merchandise damage due to negligence of the same will not be exchanged.

- Belt & Wallet claims can be lodged in case of any manufacturing defect that occurs within 60 days of product use.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE & CLAIM -·

- No Warranty/Guaranty/Exchange for products purchased on discount or in sale period.
- Used/Altered products will not be considered for exchange.
- Change of any component/material will be chargeable and will be borne by the customer after 120 days of the invoice date.
- Inappropriate usage or incidental damage of product like wire cut, Dog/Animal bite, Tearing of sole due to extreme heat pressure, Burnt By Silencer, Toe part damage, Liquid/Chemical damage, product damage due to any sharp objects material, will not be entertained for the claim.
- If the value of the replaced product is higher than the original value, the difference amount must be paid by the customer in cash or card.
- No cash refund against goods exchange or return and Only Credit notes will be shared.
- The exchange of Socks & Undergarments is not allowed for the safety of your health & Hygiene.
- Please bear with us for 21 days in event of a product that is returned for Quality Check/Repairs.
- LGPL reserve the right to modify, after or amend and /or cancel the term & conditions mentioned herein without any intimation at their sole discretion.
- Any update shall be subjected to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the court in Kanpur only.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be made through the bank transfer within 15 working days, depending on your bank, after the product reach back to our Order processing center and bank details need to share with us to initiate the refund. The same is applicable for COD as well as prepaid orders both.
- Shipping Charges of orders below Rs 1000/- are 60 Rs and will not be refunded if the order is delivered/ attempted to deliver.
